The driver must be at least 25 years old, hold a valid category A motorcycle license, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience riding the same or similar motorcycles.
The driver must present a valid passport and a driving license with category A (held for at least 3 years).
Motorcycles can be rented on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, or for an extended period.
For long-term rentals, the client must periodically check in with the agency to ensure the motorcycle’s technical condition.
The maximum mileage per 24 hours is 300km. Each additional kilometer is charged €0.30, calculated in Serbian dinars at the NBS (National Bank of Serbia) exchange rate.
For rentals of 7 days or longer, there is no mileage limit.
The minimum rental period is 24 hours, with the possibility of an extension if there are no reservations for the requested dates.
The motorcycle must be returned at the agreed location and time. If the return is delayed by more than 2 hours, an additional rental day will be charged.
If the motorcycle is returned before the agreed rental period ends, the agency retains the full rental amount.
The client must return the motorcycle in the same condition as it was received, with a full fuel tank, at the agreed location and time, along with all documents and rented equipment.
The motorcycle is picked up at the agency’s office in New Belgrade.
Pick-up at other locations within Belgrade (airport, hotel, or apartment) can be arranged upon request.
The rental price includes central and side aluminum cases, a phone holder, and a USB charger.
Additional equipment is available for rent at an extra charge, including helmets, communication systems, jackets, gloves, navigation devices, and action cameras.
A mandatory security deposit of €1,500 to €2,000 (depending on the motorcycle model) must be paid in Serbian dinars at the NBS exchange rate.
The deposit can be pre-authorized on a credit card or paid in cash at the agency before picking up the motorcycle.
Rental payments can be made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), bank transfer, or cash.
The deposit is refunded on the day the rental contract ends, after the motorcycle is inspected.
Deductions from the deposit may apply for damages, lost keys or documents, or unpaid parking or traffic fines.
If the motorcycle is damaged, repair costs will be charged according to the official price list of authorized BMW service centers in Serbia (Delta Motors and BMW Radulović).
The client must operate the motorcycle with due care, follow all technical and usage guidelines, and ensure safe riding in compliance with traffic laws.
The client is financially and legally responsible for all traffic and administrative violations during the rental period.
The client is also responsible for:
• Any damage to the motorcycle and equipment
• Traffic violations and parking fines
• Lost keys or documents
• Any injuries sustained during the rental period
Basic insurance is included in the rental price. Comprehensive (full coverage) insurance is available at an extra cost.
Insurance does not cover the following cases:
• If the driver is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that impair driving ability
• If the motorcycle is used in unauthorized locations (off-road, racing tracks, etc.)
• If the rental period is exceeded
• If damage is caused intentionally or due to gross negligence
• If the driver leaves the scene of an accident
• If the driver violates any clause of the Rental Agreement
• If documents, keys, or rented equipment are lost or destroyed
The agency does not provide personal accident insurance. Clients are advised to obtain travel, health, accident, and trip cancellation insurance from an insurance provider of their choice.
In case of an accident, collision, damage, or theft, the client must immediately inform the agency for further instructions.
If there are injuries, the client must call emergency services (194) and the police (192) and provide all necessary details and evidence.
The motorcycle is provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank.
If the motorcycle is returned with less fuel, the difference in fuel costs will be deducted from the deposit. All motorcycles use BMB 95 petrol.
• The motorcycle can only be used by the person(s) listed in the Rental Agreement.
• Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impairing medications is strictly prohibited.
• Off-road riding is prohibited.
• The motorcycle must not be used to transport illegal substances or for any criminal activities.
• Riding the motorcycle outside Serbia is only allowed with agency approval and a special border crossing permit.
• Any modifications to the motorcycle are strictly forbidden.
• The motorcycle cannot be pawned, sold, or altered in any way.
The agency reserves the right to request an early return of the motorcycle if:
• The client’s personal or payment details are found to be false
• The Rental Agreement conditions are violated
• The motorcycle is misused
The agency reserves the right to refuse a rental if it determines that the rider or the circumstances pose a risk to the vehicle or safety.
